Bio
In 2018, Hermeneutics of Suspicion was established. Drummer Robin Neupane, bassist Prashant Maharjan, guitarist Dipesh Jung Gurung, and guitarists Gokul Atreya make up the band. In the middle of 2018, they began working with Satish Sthapit at Skathi Records to record their debut album, Blue For Death. The band characterizes their music as sludgy dirty dark heavy rock and roll, with influences from, among others, bands from the Palm Desert, Seattle, and the 1970s. This band is a somber figure in our scene with their thoughtful, straightforward, and personal narrative telling in their lyrics entwining with the slow smoldering grooves and guitars.
