Kaagaz

The 2017-formed trio Kaagaz has been a favorite of the audience ever since. The band is undoubtedly a breath of new air in our music landscape with its raw, abstract, spontaneous, and organic sound, which is reflective of the 90s heavier, sludgier, and grunge side of things. The band was formed with Shaurav Bhattarai, a well-known singer in Nepal, on vocals, Sashank Khadka on guitars, Binur Kayastha on drums, Suzen Bajracharya on bass, and other musicians. Now that Animesh Shrestha has taken over for Suzen, the band hopes to finish recording its debut full-length this year. Kaagaz is undoubtedly a band to look forward to, with a powerful offering both sonically and lyrically.
